Brings over 10 years experience in architectural design, BIM coordination, and project management.

Born into an artistic family of architect's father and brother in Hîncești, Moldova, she develops an early appreciation for Art, Design, and Architecture -foundations that continue to shape her professional work today.
She began her formal education at the Technical University of Moldova/ (UTM), Faculty of Urbanism and Architecture, where she studied Interior Design for three years. Later she continued her education in the United States, graduating with distinction from Gulf Coast State College in Florida 2015 with an A.S. degree in Architectural Design and Construction. This achievement marked the beginning of her professional career in architecture

✧ From 2015-2016 she worked for few Architectural Firms in Walton County, Florida.

✧From 2016 to 2026, she worked with Florida Architects Inc, where she advanced from BIM architectural drafter to Project Manager, contributing to major institutional and educational projects throughout Florida. Also, hospitality, restaurants, residential, churches and others.
Her experience includes coordination with multidisciplinary engineering teams, direct client communication, construction site involvement, and leadership in documentation for large-scale projects.
Today, through NART Studio LLC, Nadejda offers comprehensive architectural drafting services for residential and light commercial projects. In addition to complete permit drawing sets, she provides interior design services, graphic design, and high-quality 3D realistic renderings for both interior and exterior spaces.

She combines structured documentation with an artist’s approach - ensuring that each project is unique and beautiful aligned with customers' views.
Her focus is to provide clear, coordinated, and construction-ready drawings that support successful permitting and building - while honoring the client vision
